Where we deliver
We deliver across India to over 25,000 pincodes, covering all major cities and most rural areas. Pincode-level availability will be shown on the product page once checkout launches.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Timelines start from dispatch, not order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Shipping charges
Orders of ₹499 or more ship FREE. Orders below that carry a flat shipping fee of ₹40. Any charge is always shown clearly in your order summary before you pay.
Packaging
Medicines are packed in tamper-evident, weather-resistant packaging. Temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated packs with cold-chain handling.
Delays
Weather events, public holidays and courier disruptions can occasionally delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will proactively reach out with options.
