Prescription medicines

Products marked "Rx" are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a valid prescription is not provided.

Pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes. Prices, discounts and availability may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Payments

Online payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets, or choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. Your card details go directly to the payment gateway — we never see or store them. All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR). If an online payment fails or is deducted twice, the amount is refunded automatically to the source account within 5–7 business days; cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Kedsun Healthcare is not liable for any harm arising from misuse of products purchased on this site or from reliance on informational content. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
